SMARTFIBER provides coaching services through Rico Trevisan. In some cases, Mochary Method may also be involved in supporting the coaching engagement, for example through coaching methodology, systems, templates, or related services.

In connection with coaching, SMARTFIBER may collect and process the following information:

  • Name, role, company, and contact details
  • Billing and payment information
  • Scheduling information
  • Communications by email, Slack, text, calendar, or other agreed channels
  • Coaching notes and action items
  • Business context shared during coaching, including information about goals, challenges, team dynamics, strategy, operations, and leadership topics

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data unless you choose to share it during coaching.
