Now

What has most of my attention at the moment. Updated when it changes.

Klankers, daily

Managing fleets of AI agents at Unblock Labs, building for American brands. Mostly the unglamorous part: what to delegate, how to review at speed, and how to keep several agents from cheerfully undoing each other's work.

Datastar and Elixir

dstar is the thing I keep coming back to: Datastar's signals and SSE streams, wired into Phoenix the way I always wanted LiveView to feel. Also poking at bubble_ex and the Bubble→Ash bridge between the nocode and code worlds.

Bubble tooling

Pled keeps my Bubble plugin work sane: local source, real builds, something resembling version control. The Tiptap plugin and its hosted collaboration server get most of the maintenance attention.

Agile coaching

Coaching a European procurement department through Agilar. Twelve years in, the work is less ceremony and more helping a group of competent people agree on what they are actually doing.

Writing

Short things, mostly: TILs, expansions of tweets that needed more than 300 characters, and a log of what the agents ship and break. See the blog.
